‘200+ heritage sites in Gaza destroyed since Oct 7 attack’
More than 70% of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed since October 7th. 22 sites of cultural heritage have been identified by UNESCO, including mosques and churches dating back hundreds of years. But the Palestinian Culture Ministry says more than 200 heritage sites have been destroyed or damaged by Israel. source
